Aiden had such a fun 3rd birthday today! Alvin and I took him to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast and then dropped him off at school. Since it was his special day, Miss Sue let him sit with her and work on a 100 piece puzzle together. Later she put a note in his backpack telling us that he did most of the puzzle himself! We came back to school with cupcakes so his friends could sing Happy Birthday to him during snack time. Miss Sue had made him a special birthday crown. Of course he wanted Mommy and Daddy to sit at the table with him and his friends. And Miss Jo even gave Daddy a cup of apple juice with his cupcake. Afterwards the three of us went to Maggiano's for a special dinner and he was so excited when the waiter brought him ice cream with 3 candles in it. When we got home we opened presents and played Candyland 11 times in a row (no joke!).
