We had a wonderful day at the Turtle Back Zoo over Labor Day Weekend. Aiden wanted to be in charge of reading the map and he took that role very seriously. Anderson loved seeing all the animals.

Commuting to NYC with Mommy & Daddy
Aiden came into work with us since camp was over. He said his favorite part of going to work with Mommy is "playing games on the computer and seeing the Statue of Liberty from Mommy's office." He got to do both, plus have lunch with Daddy, play at his favorite park, eat ice cream and visit Daddy's office.
Beach Day without the Kids!
I used one of my vacation days to go to the beach with my friends Victoria and Lauren, without the boys. It was soooo relaxing! Just really nice to catch up with my friends without being interrupted every few minutes. Of course I do hope we can do another family beach day soon.
Why is a Cat at the Salon?
Anderson and I were waiting for the kids' salon to open for our appointment and we couldn't believe there was a cat in there just lounging underneath the train set. Yes Anderson was in his pajamas because there's no point changing him when he gets covered in hair because he hates getting his hair cut and screams the whole time.
Selling the Audi
Alvin always says if someone offers you money for your car, you take it. Someone offered him money for his S4 wagon and it was a really hard decision but he decided to sell it. Here is a photo of the last time we had three Audis in the driveway.
Game Night
One Friday night we decided to have a game night. I forget how Anderson takes everything literally because he doesn't know. I told him to put his green piece on the start line for Monopoly Jr and I looked up and saw he had put all his green pieces - as in the ones that get put on the parties when he buys them.
Aiden's 1st Yankees Game
I was lucky enough to win Yankees tickets back in April at a fashion show for Aiden's school. Aiden had a great time at his first game - we had great seats, he got to eat ice cream and popcorn and our tickets allowed us access to the Audi bar where so we could stay in the air conditioning!
Our Big Camper
Aiden had a great summer at camp. He went on 13 trips to place like the zoo, bounce house, park, bowling, movies, etc. One of his favorite days was when they tie-dyed shirts!
Cousins
Emily was in town so the girls came for a sleepover and I took them into NYC for the day. We had a great time - went to Top of the Rock, the diner where the waitresses sing, Central Park, Sprinkles and a few other places.

4th of July
We had a great 4th of July weekend. The boys and I had fun with our Power Ranger masks. We went to see the fireworks and Anderson slept the whole time in the car! We went to the pool and we also went to visit Laura and Glenn in LBI.
Starting Off the Summer with Fun
Our goal for the summer was to try to do more things as a family. We had a great time bowling one night.
