Aiden's Favorite Babysitter

Victoria and Rob babysat Aiden Friday night because we had Alvin's 20th high school reunion. Well Aiden wanted Rob to do everything for him - dress him, sit next to him, read to him, get him out of bed. He is still asking for him days later!

Thanksgiving Fun

Entertaining the Guests

Once Aiden was feeling comfortable enough, he decided to entertain everyone by telling them what sounds all the animals make.

Getting Ready for Lolo & Lola's House

We went to Lolo and Lola's house for Thanksgiving where I had so much fun with all my cousins!

Happy Turkey Day!!!

Visitors for the Holiday

My cousins Tricia and Mikaela came to stay with us for Thanksgiving. I had so much fun playing with them.

I Found My Pockets

Aiden was so excited to show us his pockets. "Mommy, see my pockets!" he kept yelling.

Haircut = No Pants On

Aiden was in desperate need of a haircut. So Friday night we pulled into the parking lot of Great Clips but didn't see the guy who was recommended to us so we decided not to go in. Well Aiden starts screaming "I want a haircut!!!" So we promised him we'd take him tomorrow and instead we went to the diner. So Saturday I took him to the expensive kids hair place while Alvin was picking up our new car. Aiden was all excited about his haircut until it came time to get into the seat and actually get a haircut. He was hysterically crying and trying to climb back in my arms. We both ended up covered in his hair. I had brought an extra shirt for him but forgot pants. His pants were so covered in hair that I ended up just taking them off in the car and bringing him home in his diaper!

My "Jerseylicious" Haircut

There is a salon right by our house (The Gatsby Salon) that is featured in a reality show called Jerseylicious on the Style Channel. I will admit to watching all the NJ reality shows (Housewives, Jersey Couture, Jersey Shore) so of course I watch this one since I like seeing all our local joints on TV (our gas station, our Sonic, etc.). I had gone on the Gatsby's website and signed up to be a hair model). So I was excited when I received an email saying I was needed one night. I would pay $20 and I would get a haircut from a junior stylist during their cutting class. I ended up being there on a day when the cast had been in the salon. Olivia was still there doing someone's makeup so I got to meet her. And Gayle, the owner of the salon, actually ended up cutting most of my hair! Of course my hair will never look as good as it did in this picture!

It wasn't a bar crawl... but it was still fun

Alvin didn't want to do our usual bar crawl for his 39th birthday. Instead we did Chimney Rock and then went to Delicious Heights with a bunch of our friends. We had so much fun. Guess I need to start thinking about his 40th!

My Cool Dude

Here was a picture of Aiden chilling at the Gymboree store while I shopped. The other picture was taken Saturday morning during breakfast where he proceeded to eat 2 eggs and 2 waffles! He's been very hungry lately.

Cousins!

Mommy and I went to Aunt June and Uncle Joe's house so I could play with my cousins. It was Sophia's birthday and she turned 3. Too bad we didn't get to see Britney, who just turned 17 and now has her driver's license!

Playing with Daddy

I had fun playing cars and tools with Daddy this weekend. Last night Mommy and I were playing flashcards and I decided to quiz her. I picked up each card and said "What is it Mommy?" and if she got the answer right I said "you bet it is!" And when she got the answer wrong I corrected her!

What a Crack Up

Happy Birthday Daddy!

It was Daddy's birthday on Wednesday. He turned 39! After we sang happy birthday I didn't even want a cupcake. Mommy thinks that maybe I don't like chocolate since I had no interest in cupcakes or M&Ms.
