Anderson's 1st Egg Hunt
Aiden woke up at 6:45am and ran into our room telling us that the Easter bunny had left 3 soccer ball eggs with money in his room. So then we ran downstairs to see what else he had brought. Since Anderson was awake until 10:30pm we let him sleep in. Aiden found all 19 eggs that had been hidden. Then, after opening them all, he decided to re-hide them in the exact same spot so Anderson could have his own hunt when he woke up! I love what a thoughtful big brother he is!
Notice the excitement on Anderson's face throughout the egg hunt at church! We think he was just tired or just not too into searching for eggs!
Dying Eggs
While Aiden was listening to see if the tablet had stopped fizzling, Anderson was quite mad that he was being left out of all the Easter egg fun.
10pm the Night Before Easter
Twas the night before Easter and someone was partying like a rock star! He went to bed at 8pm and then woke up screaming at 9pm and then thought it was party time. Even his big brother couldn't stay up late, but our little guy kept putting his bucket on his head and running around.
Anderson is 15 Months!!! (and will be 16 months in 5 days...)
Urgh, I was trying so hard to keep on top of Anderson's monthly posts and I just realized I completely missed his 14 month and almost missed his 15 month one. I knew this was going to happen with the second but I tried really hard to stay on top of his milestones. Well at his 15 month appointment he was 26lbs, 8oz (75-90th), 32" (75-90th) and his head was 19.5" (90th).
He is so funny, but he wants what he wants, when he wants it or he'll let you know he's not happy! His favorite things are putting anything that resembles a hat on his head, dumping food that he doesn't want (check out the Cheerios on the floor - I had left him alone for 2 minutes), reading books, saying "bye bye in a very cute voice) and playing with his brother.
Such a Good Big Brother
It's so sweet to see how much Aiden loves Anderson (and how much Anderson adores his big brother). We were having smoothies on Saturday and Anderson doesn't know how to drink from a straw yet, so Aiden started using his straw as a spoon to feed his little brother. On Friday he was helping Anderson wash his hands at school and the director asked me if they ever fight because everytime she sees them they are so sweet to each other. Of course there are many times that they fight and I know that will never change, but it's nice to cherish the sweet moments.

Kindergarten Interview
Our big boy had his interview for Kindergarten on Friday. I was able to be in the room with him as his future teacher conducted the interview. I had tears in my eyes the whole time. I can't believe he will be going to Kindergarten in the fall! Where did our little baby go? Of course afterwards I treated him to a Mommy & Me Ice Cream Outing!
