When Aiden and Alvin drove past the carnival being set up on Tuesday, Aiden was excited that the carnival was being "fixed." Alvin must have mentioned that it would open on Wednesday and run through Saturday. Well Aiden told me that night that Daddy was taking him to the carnival on Wednesday. I knew we weren't going until Saturday but Aiden was adamant ("Daddy told me in the car that we are going on Wednesday!") Luckily he was able to wait until Saturday and we took Lolo and Lola with us. Aiden even ran into some of his school friends there. Just as I was wondering how we were going to get him to leave, he spotted the person dressed up in the lion's costume and freaked out "I'm scared of the lion! We need to go home now!"
